Flipper Zero is a great easy to use device. It has a cute dolphin theme that makes it like a functional tomogachi. The Flipper Zero should be able to do most things you want, like copy FOBS. Some types of keys, like encrypted hotel keys require more advanced techniques to copy and that is when you need something like the Proxmark3.
A more advanced device you use with your computer. Requires command line operations. Mostly for breaking more advanced encryption than what you can do with the flipper. You can also get one cheap on aliexpress (around $40 instead of $200 for a Flipper Zero)
