Astaxanthin (iHerb link). I take 24mg/day. I recommend starting with 12mg.
Lycopene (iHerb link). I take 50mg/day
Beta carotene (iHerb link). I don’t take but if you have a low carotenoid diet take 7.5mg/day.
Heliocare polypodium leucotomous extract (Amazon link, not on iHerb). Doesn’t change skin color but protects from the sun. take 1 capsule 1 hour before sun exposure and once every 4 hours in the sun.

Overall health and longevity
Melatonin sustained release (iHerb link). Video on all of the wonderful benefits of melatonin. It’s not just for sleep! I take 5mg/day in the evening.
